I used to live mainly in Sri Lanka and Malaysia during my years as a Buddhist Monk so we never had any winters to contend with.
But I can feel the serenity and silence of your video and it brings me back to being woken before sunrise by the gong and spending days and weeks in silence together with reading books in candlelight instead of binge-watching RUclips before going to bed ;)

I’d like to tell you more about the story of the Taoist Wellness Online, Master Gu’s Online Academy. How the Academy started is quite a funny story 🙈.

Alongside since the beginning had always been good great honor, and the power of the simple Tao lived on eternally everlasting as the helpful practice had kept the very universe in motion so as not to go into standstill, which people could do without with a cosmic dance that goes on and on, all together nature animal forever supportive loving always it's in our good human nature.
