lol, why are there little people pulling on those muscles? Do I have those? Should I be concerned? Do I need to feed them?!
Please show us the best exercises to combat this issues and how they actually works.
Running solved all my problem within 2 weeks
running isnt the only fix, especially if u arent even able to from sitting, theirs many other exercises you MUST do@@georgejames3868

Now that I know what’s wrong, I just need to wait another 3 years to know how to deal with it, when the next video drops.
while sitting pull your feet backwards until your feet are under your spine (under the chair) this will not allow the spine to get into damaging curves

Stretching , hands - hang from bar + inversion hang ! Necessary : correct sitting - possition !
Sit less, every 30-60 min walk. Do streching and exercise every day at least few for lower back, neck, upper back, hands...strech quadriceps. Swimming is great way to get strenght in core body, better posture. Buy desk for standing/sitting. I had all common pains of office man in 7 years...
Yes me too, when i dont have costumers at job i often check my phone, hold phone in my lap while head is tilted down, sometimes i could spend several hours a day in that position, and when i come home- sitting again, while gaming, even if you walk for 1 hour a day this is just too much, before i didnt had issues, but with time it all accumulates and hits you.

How to correct the posture? My leags are having tremendous pain. And my gultes aee weak as hell. Whole body is in pain. And legs are having pain too. And the knees.
