Today, we're talking about the anatomy of the knee joint.
The knee joint is a complex joint that connects the thigh bone (femur) to the lower leg (tibia). It's made up of a number of different bones, ligaments, muscles, and tendons that work together to provide stability and allow the joint to move in multiple directions.
We'll go over the different components of the knee joint and how they work together to make walking and running possible.
*There is a small mistake in this YT video that you should know about.
