A set of tempera pens arrived yesterday, so I took them and asked myself: What is making me feel under pressure at the moment? During meditation, I concentrated on my body sensations, what meaning the chosen color and drawn structure has for me. My interpretation of the finished drawing: one big eye and many small eyes. - A theme that has come up many times before. But this time there is another aspect: the big eye seems to have gone blind. The more I empathize with it, the more sense it makes. Thank you for the inspiration and the instructions with the personal example. And have a wonderful 1st Advent weekend.
Just received my Kwik Sticks and can’t wait to use them. Still wondering how to stabilize them even if just stacking papers together and not necessarily framing or giving away.
@@s.k.1091 Right now, I keep all my Art Meditations in a portfolio (in plastic sleeves; minimal UV exposure). I haven't yet applied any fixative to these, but if you're looking for something that would work well, I recommend the Krylon Workable Fixatif or UV-Resistant sprays! I hope that helps
Around 11:34 it began to look a bit like a rainbow-themed, baby jesus, Mary, stable/manger and shepherds theme but non-christmas-based, if that makes sense (as I began to see a mother and child and surrounding onlookers; ❤s and woodland-y/stable's hay kind of patterns). Have trouble explaining that sometimes... Blame my pareidolic eye for detail! Loving this meditative art (and your voice... Sounds really soothing llike that of a professional healer)
@@RaraRemi_312 That’s lovely! I absolutely saw a mother and child (being watched over) come through in the third one (just edited this comment to clarify - at first I thought you were talking about the third circle!) 💖 P.S. I see meaning/symbolism in the ordinary all the time, I think it’s cool to be attuned to those details!
Time stamp 13:59 in the blue scribbles I see a mother holding a child looking down at it and off to the left that blue scribble looks to like another stick figure on the outside looking in holding on to fear of letting go of your children as they grow up and fear of being judged by others for your parenting skills is what I’d take away for myself from that part of the circle
Certainly love your soothing voice and meaningful words. Thank you.😂😂😂
Thank you for giving me some new tools to use to improve my life.
Wow wonderful 🔥🔥🔥

You can put tracing paper/vellum on top, if your just going to stack it
Amazing~!
