Coloring Magical Worlds with Watercolors - Johanna Basford Coloring Book

Today I'm painting a page in Magical Worlds Coloring Book by Johanna Basford. I'm using Watercolor paints, handmade metallic watercolors, and also Granulation watercolors by White Nights.
I applied Transparent Watercolor Ground by Daniel Smith to the page as a primer before the watercolour paint. It helps the page take more water but it does have the drawback of leaving a very rough sandpaper-like surface. So if you wanted to use coloured pencils as well, it will leave a rough finish.
