Hi Dr Kelly, looking for advice. I am 60, been in Menapause about 10 years, have atrophy, never had estrogen cream was scared of it, excrutiating intercourse so gave up. Developed lichen sceloris, and now have even more problems. On steroids to help with LS, intercourse even more out of bounds. If I was to start estrogen cream and use it alongside the steroids would this help with the pain, thank you for your input x
So I am 40 and I have had signs of low estrogen for a few years now. I have been with the same man 7 years and no babies with him and out of nowhere my vagina seemed looser and I was losing my bladder. I started 00.5 estrogen patches. Would this amount even help my sex life at all? Also, they gave me estrogen cream to use. I'm only a week in with the meds. I'm at the point we're I don't even have sensation in my clitoris, which used to be very sensitive. I feel like my sex drive bit the dust. Not very much interest, dry and not much sensation sucks.

So the labia minora has shrunk, will it come back when using vaginal estrogen? Fingers crossed it will puff back up. Where the f did it go?
I think testosterone might help with that, if estrogen doesn't help enough on it's own... but you would have to research it.
Yes vaginal estrogen will definitely help with that💙💙
