    Thanks for talking about this! I’m a pelvic floor therapist and women need more info on this as I do videos on my channel too on these topics. Great comparison to a male inguinal hernia. 😊

      I am 66 and presently have a prolapse. I lift a lot on my job. I have never had any hrt. I have always felt fine. Actually better than lots of my younger coworkers. And now I still feel fine, however I do feel shameful. I am ashamed, and haven’t talked to my male doctor. Still working everyday. But I do feel like I have a tampon trying to come out.

    Please Talk About Bladder Urgency at Night.
    I'm up Every 2 hours having to pee.
    I do not have a Prolapse.
    I had a Hysterectomy at 35.
