Definitely appreciate a full seated workout in the chair. Good inspiration for my Silver Sneakers classes.
I’ve expressed appreciation for yours and Andi SS vids before as it’s been great as someone with MS to be able to do the routines. This time I’m wanting to say thanks for the variety of videos provided. I am typing this with my left hand because I fell at the end of last week and fractured my elbow - luckily only a minor break. I was sitting here feeling frustrated when I thought to look at Silver Sneakers; sure enough this was a viable option and minus the arm movements, I’ve just done this brief lower body workout.
I may live in the UK and have a degree of disability and now an injury due to having a nasty disease, but I can utilise your channel to my benefit.
