The new Furbolg Ursa kind of looks like crap, I like how distinctive the old model was.

5:30 Never noticed that gnolls in the original models grab new bolts and reload their crossbows with their mouths....cool animation that is missing in the new models.

As visible in this video, a lot of animations are incomplete. Things like Grom's 'one hand swing' is a stock animation used by several heroes to just give them some sort of attack animation until they get around to finishing his real animations. Same for lots of models. Game isnt done yet.
However if they dont have the gnoll Bite-a-bolt reload in the final game Ill be very sad.

I'm noticing that alot of models have the same spiked shoulder pads as orc grunts. Apparently they all shop at the same store
They didn't go far enough. Instead of giving the monstrous races unique equipment informed by their cultures, they settled for giving most of them fairly generic "barbarian" looking stuff. Also, the influence of WoW on the models is greater than I would've liked.
How are they supposed to give them unique equipment informed by their cultures but not use any influence from WoW, the only place half these races have any actual written culture.
Not to mention it looks like most races have their own unique styles.

I think it's naive to think they will go out of their way to change a unit that is already finished, especially since it looks like a concious decision not to keep the "mouth reloading" from what we can see here.
Just not worth hoping for it, though it would be a nice surprise

Great work keeping the projectiles prominent Blizzard. Meaty, weighty projectiles help almost as much as the models themselves.
You wouldn't want to have a furbolg flex his huge arms just to have him spit out a pea. Keep up the good projectile work Blizzard employees!

As bad as reforged was, the models were honestly pretty decent.
7:34 if you notice the quill boar attacking animation, the original had them swiping which is fine, the new one has them coming over the top, and the flail lands through the model and behind the target, unsure if that's something they'll fix tho...
A lot of these have very Horde designs. The red shoulder with 3 spikes and a gauntlet.
Feel like they deviated way too much on the Owlkin/wildkin. Unrecognizeable.

For me it's the opposite.
Just realized while looking at the WC3 Reforged models of the Furbolg, that they would make a great playable race... if they looked like in WC3 Reforged that is.

Or just add the race to the sentinels since they lack alot of units like seige and air units
Probably add a sub faction for the sentinels
Furbolgs and wildkin faction would work and they can borrow the sentinel's twin headed Dragon and also the sentinel balista not the glaive thrower to add a variety.
i really dislike 90% of the attack animations and not just these on all models. They need alot work and reworks.
It's work in progress you dipshit, not to mention those are leaks, not official demos.

i do have fun facts about those razormanes, they were on doom guards animations in WC3 original.
They all look great dont get me wrong, but it seems weird that a lot of them are wearing Horde looking armor.
this is stupid.i wont play this game.the buildings are the only good remodeled.but the looks of the creatures are been changed.the furbolg is ugly now.bring back the original.they should have remastered it not changed the creatures features.Ill play the original not this crap.

Those Wildkins are indeed awesome! But one thing that is beginning to tilt me is how every 'brute/heavy melee' version of neutral NPCs seem to wear Horde armor, with those spiky shoulderpads. I know that the red is a coincidence, since it comes with the team color, but really... They all seem to have the same armorsmith.

I just love the new Wildkin. Never liked the fat guys we got in WoW, because they looked nothing like W3 version. It's stunning that they were able to combine models from both games to create this masterpiece :)
