I would like to see how you drain inside the knees when it is a bit swollen after 1 hr of swimming. It looks like I have fat knees.. when I only weigh 100 lbs.
I'm in PA . I had a partial tear in my rotator cuff, I had the surgery done about 16 years ago now this winter I was in soo much pain in that shoulder. Would this help?
Give it a go. If have had an tear, you can get scar tissue and fluid build ups. The technique should give you some better fluid flow. Have you tried the technique?
@@PainfreeU thanks I tried it got abit of an ease up with the pain. Today I'm getting a stinging sensation as if something bit you. So I'm guessing as you said inflammation or fluid build up.
It could help. But you need to go deep below your armpit with a hooked thumb. And find some tender strings there. Try to pull on them. Could be painful. But will drain the armpits.
