I would like to see how you drain inside the knees when it is a bit swollen after 1 hr of swimming. It looks like I have fat knees.. when I only weigh 100 lbs.

I'm in PA . I had a partial tear in my rotator cuff, I had the surgery done about 16 years ago now this winter I was in soo much pain in that shoulder. Would this help?

Give it a go. If have had an tear, you can get scar tissue and fluid build ups. The technique should give you some better fluid flow.
      Have you tried the technique?

@@PainfreeU thanks I tried it got abit of an ease up with the pain. Today I'm getting a stinging sensation as if something bit you. So I'm guessing as you said inflammation or fluid build up.

How do I reduce swollen lymph glands under my arm? Would this technique help

It could help. But you need to go deep below your armpit with a hooked thumb. And find some tender strings there. Try to pull on them. Could be painful. But will drain the armpits.
