    This us absolutely the best video I came across in my entire life. I’m having extreme tension and pain in my neck and right arm and shoulder. I’m not done with the video yet and I’m feeling much better and the pain is already gone. Not to mention you calming voice and the backtrack music. Thank you so much❤❤

    I've had a horrible shoulder pain for 4 weeks and a back pain for 5 weeks and man this helped a lot... Still hurts a lot, but wayyyy less,

    Thank you. I am a software engineer so the majority of my day is spent hunched over my desktop. This leaves an intense pain in the shoulders. Tried this today and it instantly reduced the pain by 70 percent

    Nice and easy yoga. As a (European) truckdriver I don't have much space inside my cab. On top of that I have a dubble bunk with commes in easy for my personal stuff but makes it difficult to do yoga. This is yoga I cán do (allmost) completaly inside my truck. Keep up the good work and thank you for this great help on the road.

    PS maybe look in to the Web for interieur fotage of a DAF 106XF spacecab (not super spacecab) with 2 beds to get an idee of the inside of my truck. I'ld love to see more yoga for truckers. Thanks again.

    Hi Joelle, still loving this video 🥰 I’m wondering if you know why I get a lot of crunching round both shoulders (esp the left) when doing circular movements? Thank you 🙏🏽

      Hi Sue, so glad you like it. It's a tricky question because different things can cause crunching or popping, so unfortunately I can't really answer without knowing you or your body. That said, as long as the crunching isn't actually painful and you're not pushing more than what it feels like your body can do, this should be a good one to come back to. As the joint strengthens, the crunching may start to decrease with time. You might like to try this shoulder strengthening practice sometime too: ruclips.net/video/RsW04YsoEEc/видео.html

    Joelle, please consider putting together a video that might help with opening up the chest area, and ways to pull back our shoulders to improve posture and breathing function. I notice a big difference in the volume of air I can pull in when I activate the right muscles. A targeted series of movements addressing this would be great! Thanks for considering.

    The pose just after 7 minutes where you start on your stomach and bend the arm at the elbow like cactus arm. I have a lot of problem with the bent elbow, it was painful and the upper arm was off the floor (even just lying on my front, I can't get the shoulder and upper arm on the floor). I can do that sort of a position with arm straight out (still painful but I can cope better). Should I do the straight arm, or keep trying with the bent?
    I think that issue is to do with external rotation? (You mentioned that in a comment I made in another video.) Also if I lie flat on my back and raise my arms above my head, I can get my left arm & back of hand on the floor, but only the back of the right hand on the floor. The rest of my right arm is off the floor. The right shoulder is the one I have >20 years of inflammatory arthritis in.
    I was wondering whether you could do a video on specifically improving the external rotation and whatever rotation the arms above the head is?

      Good question Katrina! I encourage you not to go into anything that feels painful, so keeping the arm straight is a great alternative! Really, we're just looking for a good stretch, and that will look a little different for everyone. A video on external rotation is a good idea, let me think about it! I'm also planning a workshop for the upper body where I'd want to dive a little deeper into these types of issues 😉 And well done to you for being so consistent, I'm so glad you're seeing improvement and hope you're proud of yourself!!

I injured my shoulder in a weird accident, on top of chronic neck pain, and it flares up pretty regularly when I don't use your sequences for neck and shoulder pain.     I do a high intensity workout weekly made up of rowing intervals followed by battle rope intervals. It crushes my shoulders. Recently I’ve begun doing this routine pre workout as part of my warmup and then again post workout. It has made a major difference in how my shoulders feel the next day and has allowed me to recover faster. Thanks Joelle!

    This is my fav vid by Joelle, it’s the first one I tried that got me into the channel.
    Really good post workout recovery for mma, the high rep punching puts so much stress on shoulder and chest. I made it part of my pt when recovering from rotator cuff strain, def helped me regain mobility.
    In late 20s I’m learning you have to put just as much time into recovery and stretching as you do workouts :( the harder you workout, the more u need to balance with yoga, acu, pt etc. huge pain in the a$$ but these vids help a lot. Thanks Joelle!!

    Today is my first day!! Thanks so much for these sequences. I have chronic pain from lupus, fibro, and bursitis so all of these are helpful!! I would only like to ask that when you do these sequences you offer a modified version for those of us lacking the range in motion for these types of movements. I’m just starting so I have very limited flexibility on top of pain in all of my joints. Each movement was extremely painful and difficult to maneuver.

    Hi, Joelle! Great exercises! I've got pain in my left shoulder and I find it hard to do the exercise where the elbow is bent and we roll our knees to the other side coming onto the hips, knees bent. Is tehre a modification to this one? (for the reference, the exercise is at about the 8:10 timing.

      Good question, you can lift to the point right before you start to feel discomfort and as long as you're working in a pain-free range you'll likely still be getting the same benefits

    I have a small chronic inflammation in my left shoulder and have had a very taxing few weeks that steadily increased the tension and background pain in my shoulders. Starting to feel desperate for relief, I started looking for stretches or exercises. None have brought me as much relief as this series. Thank you!! I will do this every day for as long as I can. I really need this.
    My question: do you also have beginner-friendly stretches like these for hips and legs? They are also very stiff and I have a painful knee (even with a single squat or sitting down hurts. I'm only 26 but these things make me feel so old:(

    A couple years sho, using some bad (untrained) form for a repeated couple of months I gave myself a case of “swimmer’s shoulder”. It went away with PT, but it seems to be back this year.
    This video and another one you have for shoulder pain are truly a savior for me. These have helped me immensely. Thank you
