Well I will try my problem is I thought It was my ear big mistake it is drainage my nose is draining out my one ear don't know why so I have woken with a stiff face. It drains out my ear at night but leaves with plugged up ear. I will try this massage to help drain thru nose and not ear.😊

I have had 4 days of headaches and eye pressure with pain radiating in my head. Eye doctor prescribed prednisolone eye drops for inflammation (eyes otherwise were normal), but then the eye drops made my eyes burn and made me dizzy. This morning I remembered your tips and spent 20 minutes just massaging and squeezing around my eye lid and have felt the best in 4 or 5 days. I noticed after squeezing on the upper eye lid / eyebrow area I start feeling this kind of burning feeling inside my nose. Maybe this is the draining. Also started feeling pinprick sensation on my forehead. Thanks for the help!

You are welcome. Good question. The cell needs a stable flow of fluid. If your lymphatic system is reduced flow, the waiste and garbage management gets low. Then the cells will not get steady flow and cleansing. So yes i think it can effect what you have. 😀

It could help. But you need to go deep below your armpit with a hooked thumb. And find some tender strings there. Try to pull on them. Could be painful. But will drain the armpits.

Give it a go. If have had an tear, you can get scar tissue and fluid build ups. The technique should give you some better fluid flow. Have you tried the technique?
