      Monika you are doing amazing! I can only imagine how frustrating it is to share your best and people not subscribing. Even tho it seems obvious and so simple, sometimes we don't remember to do so and a lot of people have no idea how important this is for your page to grow and get to even more people. Please don't get upset about it and trust that you are helping millions!!!!.     i just angrily did this exercises to feel better and it helped so much. i have very bad mental illness and cried 20 min before doing this and i feel so much better. thank you so much for this seriously keep doing your thing

    I’m on my period. My energy is low. I’ve got a lot on my mind. I don’t feel like working out. When I started this video I was relieved to see that the moves were doable for me and kept going until I started to feel out of breath and wanted to give up. When I started trying to exit the video I saw that I had only a few seconds left before the end of the video and that gave me the final burst I needed to finish. Thank you for this, now I feel like I’ve gotten my workout for the day in. God bless you!

    I’m over 300 lbs and I just did this and it was so challenging but imma stick to it. There was a few that were hard for me to do but I know over time it would hopefully get easier

      That’s amazing! Keep it up. My doctor told me as long as you move that’s what matters. Even if I have to modify a few exercises I’m still doing them. I was 235 when I started working out 3 months ago! I’m now 219. It’s taken years for me to motivate myself because of depression and anxiety. How are you doing now?

    Oh my, I'm totally out of shape, the worst I've been in my life. Once upon a time, I'd have done that workout without a sweat on... definitely a sweat on now! Nice short workout to get me back onto the journey of fitness. Loved the message at the end too...made me smile...I DID IT!!! ☺️

    I have been trying to work out for years consistently and always failed because I set my expectations far too high. I have been doing your workouts consistently now for 9 days, every single morning, and then I shower and finish with a cold plunge. I feel amazing physically and mentally.     I am currently 17 years old and struggle from juvenile arthritis, hypermobility, and chronic pain and most workouts do not do well for me and end up causing injury or such but I found this to be so useful and easy to do while still giving wonderful physical affect and work, so thank you!

    I've actually been doing this exercise regularly for a month, but since I bought a smartwatch yesterday, I was able to measure how many calories it burns and for those who are curious, I burn 95 calories with this exercise

    thank you so much for making this! I really dislike floor-based workouts, but these are genuinely fun! I'm so thankful to be able to say that after years of hating myself whenever exercising. I like that this style of video lets you put your own creative flair into it and enjoy the movements. It's also the perfect length to get me out of a slump! When I started the video I felt like quitting after two moves because I was thinking about my to-do list, but I ended up doing it twice and getting a full 20 minutes!

    Will try doing this for 30 days together with other exercises to fight my depression and generally trying to get more disciplined.
    It's my 3rd day of doing this and it gets so much easier to do. I was out of breath the first day and my heart was pumping. Today I have done it much easier and also felt motivated to do another (posture) workout after this.
    Day 4: Done this after crying. Feeling much better. I've been feeling better in general since I've started doing this workout. Also it gets easier with each time.
    Day 5: Rest day
    Day 6: Done, although it was harder after just 1 day break

    Thanks for putting these 10 minute workouts together! It seems like we live in a world where we're told that you need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise a certain number of days in order to make a difference,and that number intimidates or discourages people from working out. By doing even 1 or 2 of these workouts every day I feel so much better!!

    So...I like these videos, but the 2 I've done so far (including this one) is not in the same tempo as the music. I had to turn the volume down to time my movements with yours. Which isn't ideal. I'll try a few more and see if they match.

    Thank you. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for over 10 years. It's constantly something I have to manage and I've been feeling blue particularly the last few weeks. I'm trying to shake myself out of it because I know I can elevate myself to a better life, I have to shake myself out of this rut. I'm low energy but this workout has done exactly what I needed to. I cried at the last song's lyrics and I feel powerful and back on my purpose.

    I am trying to lower my triglycerides. I dont really eat a lot of junk (although I am trying to lower my calorie intake), but I am very sedentary due to working at a desk 8 hours a day. I am incorporating mini videos like this one to my daily routine because I prefer several short workouts throughout my day as opposed to one long one. This video is one of my favorites ☺️ thank you! It’s helping me on my journey to a healthier me.

    Whenever I don't want to workout I'll do this one and some days I don't do anything after but most of the time it cheers me up enough to do the rest of my workout. Even if I don't workout after, I did something and that is better than doing nothing. :)

    I am 69 years old, looking for short sweet workouts for non weight/cardio workout days. This is a nice video, time just right, no commentary, and the music is good. However THIS IS NOT HITT.

    i was really frustrated due to some my own personal reasons and i was very angry. i really have my exams coming tomorrow and dont have the energy to study, then i found this workout, now iam full on energy for tomorrows exam!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

    Dang i loved this! Very Low impact and no equipment, plus zero pushups but i still really felt it in my arms! Gonna try to do this every morning

    Wow oh wow. This work is EVERYTHING!. The choice of songs, it's motivating, less talk more work and it does what it says - mood changing but also gets the heart rate racing and you feel great after words all in just 10 minutes.

    Thanks a lot! Great workout! I like that you are doing it barefoot. I hate to put on snickers when I exercise at home as I usually only do some stretching. but I've decided that it's time now to add more movement to my mornings😃

    I just found your channel about a week ago, im happy that i did because i love this workout! It’s so fun and I’m excited when my favorite exercises are up next. I’ve been doing it every other day, It’s so easy to squeeze this into my day since it’s only 10 minutes which makes me want to push hard for every exercise!     Among all the videos that i ve watched, this is one of the best! I was able to stop procrastinating and start doing- really simple moves, but elevates your heart rate ( in a good way😅)

    I like it. I did 5 minutes before going on a Zoom meeting with my ineffectual team lead. I am usually starting off very angry but today, I am zen.
