Yes please!! I take so much insulin and the berberine wasn't doing anything, I agree it's bc my sugars are still to high. I'm very insulin resistant so everything is a struggle.
Yes please another video with diet along side Berberine. I did try it and it did not seem to work but I’m quite sure it was due to user error. I now build my meals around 30-40grams of animal protein and I saw some loss but now flatlined. I’d like to lose another 17-20lbs and this could help if used correctly 😀
For the last several months, I have been using Dihydroberberine Supplement 100mg, 1X daily. I like it much better than regular berberine supplements. There is absolutely no stomach upset. What are your thoughts about Dihydroberberine Supplementation, instead of just berberine?
