U inspire me to cook. I can eat this all day. I grew up eating thai food.
This is one of my all time favirote salad. I have seen in Thai restaurants using iceberg lettuce or romaine.
Looks tasty! I like the multi-part videos btw :)
Oh my god a Thai cooking youtube channel!!! My wife and I Love Thai Food and we are having it tonight for valentines day from our local Thai Restaurant! I ordered this for myself as well as pad kee mao! I look forward to learning how to cook more delicious thai food by watching your videos! You are my new favourite youtuber SUBSCRIBED!!!!!
I changed the vegetables a little bit to make it more to my taste, and it was delicious, thanks!
That looks gorgeous.
This by far my favorite meal. I've been on a low carb for a few months now and Yum Neua Yang is my go to dish. It is my favorite but I want to mix it up with the meat. So, what are other kinds of protein can you put in a yum style salad? I'm gonna try it with shrimp tonight. I also thought lamb would be good. Let me know. Love your vids. Thanx
ํyummmmmyyyyy!! I am gonna cook this tonight ;-)
Just discovered your channel. Love it! What were you doing in Montgomery?

@CK Dor.Dor. Serves about 2 as an entree if you have it with some rice. 4 as an appy :)

Adding a few pieces of pineapple really gives this dish a zing!
I love your good
How bout substituting sausage for beef? I eat this nearly every day and I am looking for other proteins or meaty style veggies... maybe portabellos. Any suggestions? BTW I've lost 15 lbs in 3 months on the yum salad diet and I love it!
My wife and I love the Thai Steak Salad from our local Restaurant and have talked often about making it ourselves. Your recipe looks incredibly easy and we look forward to trying it. Our local restaurants seems to use romaine lettuce instead of the celery though. Have you ever used that instead?
I've had it at several restaurants in Hawaii where I live and it always comes with romaine lettuce.
My local charges alot of money for this. I'm here to learn to make my own
The restaurant that we went to where they serve this dish, it also has toasted rice.
Please advise.
Thank you.
What you had is called Num Tok.
