Creating Oracle Database 21c on Windows

In this video, I'll show you how to create an Oracle Database 21c on windows.
Before launching the dbca, please:
1- Open a command window as Administrator
2- Review the PATH & CLASSPATH variables, and remove any reference for any irrelevant programs.
3- Run the dbca using the following option:
dbca -J-Doracle.assistants.dbca.validate.ConfigurationParams=false
