Steps are really very clear , but i am encountering this error - "the current user must be a direct member of the administrators group if you are logged in as a domain user,make sure you are on a network that can reach the domain server" Could you please help me on this ?

I have this mistake, Status: Failure - Test failed: ORA -28009: connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or SYSOPER. Does anyone know how to fix it?
