You made them delete Oracle file without looking but if they installed Oracle VirtualBox they probably deleted it accidentally important files .They should be aware that the Oracle folder inside program files also carries the Virtualbox folder.
My oracle services are not work bcoz of error 2 what can i do to resolve this ??
I get Failed to set ACL's for specified User, when trying to reinstall Oracele again, I follow all steps to uninstalling, any ideas?

Observed in Oracle, one just starts with the default PDB, xepdb1.

Why did you make us delete the ORACLE registry folder first when we need it to find our DB Home? :S
If you want to reinstall Oracle Database, it's important to completely remove all previous traces to ensure a successful installation. As for finding the DB home name, it can only be determined when the database is installed. If the database is deleted, the DB home will no longer exist. It's recommended to find the DB home name while the database is still installed

yes I found the solution... But my answer is being deleted. You need to get an unofficial implementation of this program from github. It was the way like I solved in my case

In windows 11 there is no local user group. Please make a video for windows 11.
Yes, we have local user groups in Windows 11, but not in Windows 11 Home edition. That's why every time I teach installation of any Oracle version, I make sure to clarify that Oracle Database is not compatible with any Windows Home edition.

You must have installed it on an unsupported windows version like Windows Home Edition. Oracle DOes not support any Home edition.
