I gave everything correct only as you shown in the video, just changed in password part as it was different for me, even in cmd prompt it is not able to connect, I can see that it was not asking password for you but it asked for me, and after that connection is failing, is ther some issue with log path, does it changes for different systems
This installation is common for windows 10/11. It looks like a password issue, If you could not login sys or system user itself then you need to uninstall and try reinstalling it. Otherwise you can drop that user and try creating other user.

I cannot find the hr_main.sql file in the human resources folder. How do I manually get it there?

Getting error as connection failed, and error message - invalid username/password
You need to give the correct username and password to connect with the database. (Also check caps lock)
