Check the open mode of the pluggable database. Most probably it's mounted not open for read and write

I have followed your tutorial and my user was created succesfully. But when I try to login as HR it says that user HR doesnot exist... :( any idea on how to fix this? By the way my pluggable database is open.

Hi Manish, I have followed the steps as it is but after all I got the error SP2- 0606: cannot create spool file in logs path. And drop hr cascade and user hr doesn't exist
