    In this video, we're breaking down six bodyweight chest exercises that cater to all fitness levels in order to grow your chest. You can do this workout from home without using any equipment (except standard furniture). The chosen exercises are doable for beginners and intermediate athletes as we show a progression with each exercise.     Explosive Push up 4 sets 8 to 10 reps

    Made all the rules thanks!! by the way I want to build strength and based on my researches I should do hard training for 3-6 reps and 5 or more sets, I can't choose or find a program I want to do push pull leg split

    Unfortunately a few exercises are a bit difficult for some beginners, for example explosive push ups and Hindi push ups

    You know what I've been craving fo4 those paralletes as I don't have them and can perform amazing exercises with those if I have them . Just the passion of those skills got me here . I am able to do 25 reps of push and 10 reps of pull in 3 months . I like all your tips and yeah just waiting for the results I am doing this for . Thanks for the tips
