Made all the rules thanks!! by the way I want to build strength and based on my researches I should do hard training for 3-6 reps and 5 or more sets, I can't choose or find a program I want to do push pull leg split

Unfortunately a few exercises are a bit difficult for some beginners, for example explosive push ups and Hindi push ups

You know what I've been craving fo4 those paralletes as I don't have them and can perform amazing exercises with those if I have them . Just the passion of those skills got me here . I am able to do 25 reps of push and 10 reps of pull in 3 months . I like all your tips and yeah just waiting for the results I am doing this for . Thanks for the tips
