This chest routine was really good.Nice demonstration and explanation.I just finished Calesthenics Basics Level 2,and wondering if I should do Basics level 3 or start Beginner.I can incorporate this workout into those routines also.The archer pushup and the pseudo pushup are really challenging for me.Thanks for this routine.Glenn from Boston.

Amazing advise!! I have the feeling I am hitting a plateau with my push ups. Maybe some of the exercises will help. Also I am working on my handstand which would be more comfortable with the wrist bands!

Is it possible to develop your physical results with calisthenics only? Your muscles look like you went to the gym for some years aswell, not just calisthenics only

No we never did! We do have a Nutrition Plan Generator in our App, but its not AI driven. You might can take a look at it!
