    Dips: 3:10
    Elevated Pike Shoulder Taps: 4:21
    Explosive Pushups: 5:34
    Straight Bar Dips: 6:49
    Pike Pushups: 8:04
    Wide Grip Incline Pushups: 9:15
    Low Bar Tricep Extension: 10:36
    Beginner: 2 Total Rounds
    Intermediate/Advanced: 3-4 Total Rounds
    Parallettes Would Be Amazing Since I have started learning the handstand recently

      What is two rounds? Like 10 push-ups, rest, 10 pushups?

      @@viktorciesielski8401 1 set is: diamond push ups all the way to tricep extensions. 2 sets means just repeat that 1 set again

    I just followed along as a total beginner (did the easier version for some of the exercises). Wow, it definitely felt more burned, less isolated and harder than lifting weights. I know I just joined the calisthenics family!
