What is two rounds? Like 10 push-ups, rest, 10 pushups?
@@viktorciesielski8401 1 set is: diamond push ups all the way to tricep extensions. 2 sets means just repeat that 1 set again

@@CalisthenicsFamily Nutrition info would be nice as well! In the weight lifting world, it's all about caloric deficit/surplus, however im wondering how that would affect flexibility if im getting to big for example
