The pullups are definitely one of the hardest exercises in calisthenics. I was able to do just one rep, but with a little improvisation and a chair I was able to improve them. Now I can do 8 in a row and I am very proud of that. Thanks for the inspiration, guys as well as these videos 😎

Damn, I am amazed! Just started Calisthenics so I'm just doing two circuits. I've been lifting weights for about a decade now and I can't believe the pump from this workout. Did the push one yesterday and I'm sore as hell! Nice one guys
Please consided rest days between workouts :D You've liften much longer than I have, but you're not recovering properly (for what I know)
@@ImPoviirest days are not mandatory and also if you do them, then only after 3 days/one full circuit of push pull legs
Yeah I’ve been lifting for a while now and I tried this because I want to start calisthenics or at least incorporate into my lifting, and it was hard af. Didn’t realize how bad my pull strength was until I did this.
@@ImPoviiI'm so much confused about the rest days like I train my upper body for 2 days in a row and then on the 3rd day I train my legs and I Repeat the whole process twice a week am I doing it right ???

Yeah boyz. Some great exercises here I would love some resistance bands. Gone from a feeble endurance athlete to being able to do 5 pull ups since the start of the year. These videos have certainly helped!

I do the last exercise with a resistance band. It looks a bit inconvenient at the bar. I like resistance bands because you can easily adjust the resistance by placing the feet further apart or using a heavier band. My results are pretty good.
