    I really like how my back turns after a pull workout. As a tip for those who want to achieve muscle up, you need to be consistent in your workouts and increase the volume of reps as much as possible. From beginner to intermediate in maximum 3 months you can achieve muscle up. Good luck to all.

      We finally got one at our office park in the U.S. It's got pull-up bars, a rope climb, a decent amount of room for whatever, and equipment in a storage container next to it for our use. I haven't seen the equipment yet, but at least there are pull up bars. Wish there were dip stations. It's a start!

      Buy a pair of rings man. You can use those things almost everywhere and all these exercises can easily be performed on rings. Plus they cost about 40€ and serve you for life if used with care.

    Recently started working out for the first time in a decade, but haven’t done much calisthenics due to a bum wrist. I’ve decided calisthenics may be the best way to strengthen that wrist, so I’m adding this to my routine. Just downloaded the app to help give me a plan. Appreciate the info!

Doctor told me to start working out (already pretty fit without much sports, but no flexibility at all that Will result in shoulder and neck injuries) and this channel with the app is a really good way to start calisthenics and learn the exercises. The app is also great to train consistantly. Love it!

    Good routine bro, I gave it a try in the gym. First time doing calisthenics only for workouts. I'm planning to switch to calisthenics only. Felt good like never before, way more fun than just lifting weights. Can't do the skin the cat though, the german rotational thing. Too afraid that I break my shoulders or smt. Also the bar seemed to be in the way. I try it withouth shoes next time, if that doesnt help, I gotta buy some rings for home workouts.

    what is the difference between pull ups and negatives ones

    • @CalisthenicsFamily
      @CalisthenicsFamily  15 дней назад

      Hi, The main difference between pull-ups and negative pull-ups is in the movement focus. Pull-ups involve pulling your body up from a hanging position until your chin is above the bar and down, working your pulling strength. Negative pull-ups focus on the lowering phase, starting at the top and slowly lowering yourself down, which helps build strength for those working up to full pull-ups. Good luck💪
