I am allergic to silicone. Help! Also cannot tolerate masks that go across nose. Currently using EVORA full face with CLOTH COVER. Still leaking some. This looks great, as I do roll from back to side. But cannot tolerate SILICONE. I love the My Air App and am trying so hard to alleviate my severe apnea. Can I get a cloth cover for this? Please advise!

Hello Sus, You may want to ask your medical equipment supplier about the AirTouch F20, which uses an UltraSoft memory foam cushion and is made specifically to address those who, like you, are unable to tolerate silicone material. On our website resmed.com look for "AirTouch" specifically, as opposed to "AirFit" and talk to your supplier or care provider to determine if this might be a viable option for you.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but for the life of me, I cannot get a good seal on the nose.

Hi Tyler and thanks for reaching out. If the tips from the video aren't helping you to find a proper seal, especially related to the upper strap position or fit in your case, please reach out to the respiratory therapist at your DME supplier for further assistance, including a possible in-person refitting of your mask to ensure you have the right size and mask placement to improve the seal, comfort, and efficacy of your therapy.
