    ◆Ingredients 材料 ◆
    ★ Upper Layer 上层食材 ★
    300ml Water 清水
    100g Sugar 白糖
    100g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
    50g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    20g Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
    ¼ tsp Salt 盐
    100ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    *Dash Of Oil 油少许(可不加)
    ★ Lower Layer 下层食材 ★
    300g Glutinous Rice 糯米
    100ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
    100ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    Dash Of Oil 油少许

    我终于知道这焦糖糯米糕怎么做了,感谢🙏老师的指点。
    现在外面卖的这糯米糕都是加了色素增加颜色的鲜艷,没有什么香味,且价格也不便宜,一小片就要新币8/9 毛钱,一些较有名气的一小片也要塊多钱。
    今天有老师的教导我们想吃的话可自己製作,让家人都可品尝,经济又实惠👍👍👍

    Hello🤗 in Thailand we have similar desert with similar ingredients but different cooking method,we call it sangaya สังขยา or khaoniaw(sticky rice) sangaya ข้าวเหนียวสังขยา . Thank for every recipe you showed us 🙏

    I think coconut milk has oil (fat) does not need to put extra oil.

      If you use freshly squeezed coconut milk, you don't need to add oil.
