Coconut sugar glutinous rice cake is a very common traditional Nyonya dessert, the main ingredients are Palm sugar , coconut milk and glutinous rice. The ingredients used to make this pastry are also very simple, you can try it!
Ingredients:
300g white glutinous rice
170ml water
3-4pcs pandan leaves
160g Palm sugar /Gula Melaka (crushed/chopped)
200ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2pcs pandan leaves (knotted)

Oh I'm surprised 😯!We call it biko in PH .😄😯😄.. In our house if we cook ,we put some skin of the lemon to make smells good or vanilla syrup flavors.

可以的。但是最好可以晚上做,放温室隔天才吃。
