Nyonya Glutinous Rice Rolls | Pulut Panggang | Rempah Udang

  • Ever since I was a child, I have loved to eat spicy shrimp and sticky rice rolls, whether it is Pulut Panggang
    Or Nyonya's Rempah Udang I like both. Spicy Shrimp Glutinous Rice Roll is also a kind of fast breakfast unique to Malaysia. It contains glutinous rice and sambal shrimp filling. It tastes spicy, salty and sweet, very delicious! Today, the Pulut Panggang made by Shadajie has a combination of Nyonya and traditional taste, very delicious! You can try it out!
    Quantity: 12pcs Pulut Panggang
    Ingredients:
    Steamed glutinous rice:
    300g glutinous rice (soaked for 1 hour)
    200ml coconut milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    few pandan leaves
    A) Ingredients (Blend)
    6 shallots
    2 cloves garlic
    2 sticks of lemongrass
    1 small piece ginger
    2 small pieces turmeric
    1 tablespoon coriander seeds
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    A little assam paste water (tamarind water)
    2 tablespoons water
    **Blend all the Ingredients of (A)*******
    Other Ingredients:
    40g dried shrimp (chopped)
    60g white shredded coconut
    2 tbsp chili paste (cili boh)
    2 large banana leaves (cut into 12 rectangles (20cm x 10cm)
    a few toothpicks
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons sugar
    **The chili paste can be replaced with 3 dried chili peppers. After soaking in water, put them in a blender and beat them together with spices**

    Hallo Shadajie.. Rasa paling sedap sekai Since 1972 ..umur 9 sudah makan dan bawa pergi sekolah makin, dulu orang kaya baru dapat makan ten cent satu keping.. Thank u very good tasty, harum manis dan garam sikit.. Kalau tambah udang rawa, lagi enak yah.. Dunia no satu ( world number one) .. Hockhoonkup..

    Dear Shadajie.. Recipi paling lengkap danenak.. Kerana di dalam ingredient penih dengan udang kering dan rempah ug secukup rasa dan harum, jika di luar stire belu, di dalam apa pun tak ada, haya nyor parut dengan cabar kisar sajaja, lagu jual se keping rm 1.20 , lihat anak yg handsome putih daperti anak Korea..     感謝傻大姐的分享,我老人家明天就試試看,不過在加拿大買不到香蕉葉,只能用保鮮膜代替,這就是上海粢飯了,有不同的內餡,也算是別具一格吧。

      可以试试哦,用不完的蕉叶可以放入保鲜袋,冷冻收藏,不容易坏。

      最好是新鮮椰丝,如果沒有選擇才用幹的,一般我们这里都有售卖新鲜椰丝

    Jikalau orang tua 65 to 75 tidak sesuau makan. Jika sudah kena lumpur langsung tak boleh makan pulut ,mango ,roti canai, dan nasi kandar adalah bahaya pada jesihatan kita.. Berhati hati yag.. Orang tua.. thank u. !

    Buah yg prevent Cancer.. Apple Merah, Kiwi, Strabery. pear dan Anggur merah yah, paling sesuai bagi orang tua makan jika mata kelabu jangan makan Baeang Besar. Lagi makan lagi kelabu, ingat yah.. Di hari malam jangan makan nasi kandar Roti canai dan bahan bahan goreng, ini tak sesuai untuk orang tua makan.. Recipe Kencing manis akan muncul di video Shadajie.. Empat Akar Cina yah.. thank u..
