Same dude, it has become a necessity for everyday function. Have you managed to stop smoking?
@@jianghaoyoutube5017 no I haven't how ever I had found on the first 3 days I had so much more energy and just wanted to live. My advice is quitting doesn't nessacarly have to be the option, cut back sounds hard but try not smoking as soon as you wake up, go have your shower brush your teeth go eat have a coffee make your bed take your dishes out/do them. Tidy up get a good active normal morning before smoking do what ever you have to do in the morning, once you're good with that try is just on cool down time, when you're finishing your day and you just want to relax maybe watch a nice movie.
For me I found using it all day everyday was horrible, I went around to see my friend on day 2 and I was acting like a hyper 19yo should he's 16 and he told me I was being too much, I was too loud that's when I really noticed the issue wasn't with smoking it it's with relying on it, and honestly I couldn't go anywhere without the destination including a bong. It feels way more refreshing to go by each day not worrying about if where I'm going is a good enough look out or if it's secluded enough or whose looking.
Also you'll notice 2-4 for a night will be amazing instead of the hundreds we all smoke through the whole day.
Goodluck mate
@@mrmystery8484 Thank you for your reply and update. I've tried a couple times before to quit and never made it past 3-4 days. As you mentioned you found it difficult to go out and engage in activities that didn't involve a bong or weed, somehow it's the same here for me. I only want to find people to smoke with and get high sitting there for hours everyday. My motivation to do sports, study and explore the world has diminished as I sit on the sofa puffin one after one. I also started growing my own buds since it's too expensive to buy every time.
I believe I should reduce my smoking and perhaps I don't have to quit right away. Like you have mentioned, I believe I should not smoke right when I wake up or whenever I don't have something to do. Good luck to you too man, I guess moderate will be key to a balanced lifestyle...
Wise words!
@@mrmystery8484 for sure you don’t necessarily have to quit it’s fine to use it in moderation so if you had a hard day at work just spark up a joint.

Hey guys, I'm 52 years old and finally quitting weed, and if anyone thinks that marijuana is not addictive, including physical addiction, they are mistaken. If someone smokes every day and they have been for a few years, they are heavily addicted. I used to deny it to myself. Now I'm having headaches, insomnia, chills and sweats, loss of appetite. Sounds pretty physical to me. If anyone thinks that marijuana doesn't hold you back from achieving your goals, I started writing a book in 2012, 10 years ago. It's still not finished. I have a BA degree and a 145 IQ. Had it not been for weed, I probably would have gotten a PhD. When I was the age of most of the people reading this, I wish someone had leveled with me like I'm leveling with you. Marijuana is NOT harmless. The list of negative consequences on your life is long and the benefits of quitting is as well. Peace and strength for you all.

@@EyezSpyz totally failed lol
I’m tryna start up again now
Quitting today: pray for me weed so addictive to me and I want to quit! I’ll be back to update.
Stay Strong Brother you can do it!
Are you still clean as of today? Is it hard so far?
Started to smoke due to social problems with some friends. After 2~ years of smoking i realised it was a problem, which could lead to a bigger one so, even though it wasn’t my first time tryng to stop it, I tried again. For today, I’ve been 2months and a half without smoking. Today, as every day, some of my friends where smoking and i really wanted to too, but i kept strong. That’s why i looked up for this video, to re-gain will. Hope that, if you also want to stop it, you get to achieve your goal.
Awesome!
Haven’t smoke today feeling very wierd but I hopefully I can keep my mind busy and just not think bout weed
Just tired of spending so much money on this and it’s nothing doing anything but making me more miserable
I woke up this morning sober weed free and dab free I’m in my room and even sitting here I feel more aware and more energetic.
Yes, that’s exactly how I’m feeling this very second.
@@chase7766 it’s so crazy how god works !
I have been putting off my work and procrastinating on life so I burned up all my stash yesterday, deleted my dealers number and decided not to smoke weed for a good while and focus on my aims. 27th Oct 2021
Good luck on your journey brother, we’re all in this together 🤍
Same I’m trying to focus on getting a job and smoking is not helping me

I need to stop so bad. I want to stop but I struggle every time.
@@riegsyt8403 I took time off of work to stop and be at home. Yeah I'm sure I'm going to struggle. Keep trying

Any update!? I hope you're doing well
@@slowsubaruBL thank you for checking in. I still have the lil sac I’ve had for a minute. I’m still smoking but much much less. Eventually I’ll either throw it away or sell it.

I quit 4 days ago
I think you are on to something ….
I’m 9 months “clean” without smoking and I spent 12 years doing it (I’m 26) a pretty big amount every day. It’s INSANE how my life and mind has changed for good since. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone who is thinking in quitting. It might look very difficult, painful or stressful at the beginning but you’ll soon start seeing great results around the firsts 3 months. Again, whoever is thinking on doing it, reach out for help if you need to (friends & family) and give it a try. For me, it is one of the greatest things I’ve accomplished and 1 year ago I thought it was imposible.
I need to quit asap 😪 its starting to take over my life and too much money everyday to keep this habbit i was crying because i had no weed 👎😭💯

Quitting today. Been a few hours. Will be back to share. Found a meditation to quit pot, very helpful when the urge comes. Good luck all let's do this
Starting day 2. Ive downloaded an exercice app. Starting this morning. The fisrt day wasnt that bad. Urge came 2 times, and I meditated instead, deep breathing helps a lot too aleviate anxiety and discomfort. Really powerful. We can do this 💪

I’m stopping tonight. 1/19/22
BEEN TRYING TO QUIT FOR YEARS BUT THE EMOTIONAL FALL OUT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART. I STOP PUFFING AND I START CRYING FOR REASONS I'M UNAWARE OFF, FEELS LIKE I'M GOIN 51/50.
withdrawal symptoms
I wanna life live again without getting high.
Right !!!! 😥😥
Starting my journey today, wish me well
I quit today 11/20/21, and threw out EVERYTHING in the trash. Been smoking it since I was 16 and I'm turning 30 soon. I've had enough! It has stagnated my life for so long. I imagine what high school, college, and my early professional career would have been like without being messed up in a haze the whole time. Its time to stop before it ruins my life any further!!! When will be enough? Its time for me to stop now, once and for all. Thanks for making this video bromethian!!!
hows it going :D
@@Snagulas Good! I quit earlier this year for a whole month. I'de say the first 3 days will be the most difficult. After that it only gets easier
@@yimmyyimbo need to do it too

@@Snagulas You can do it! I started other more active hobbies to replace smoking pot. One thing I'm really liking is shuffle dancing. Also I threw everything smoking related out in the trash, out of sight, out of mind.
Yo yo, I’m with you.
Day one of sobriety: I didn’t smoke the night before for sleep and had a very hard time actually falling asleep. Immediately as I woke up I had trouble taking full breaths alongside a headache, nausea, and sad thoughts. These symptoms lasted the full day without stopping. I’m now getting ready for bed, I’ll post day two tomorrow.
Waiting for your update , thanks a lot !
Update please...
I'm quitting today, I once already quit weed for a month and felt absolutely amazing, then just randomly got hooked on smoking loads again but today is where I do want to quit kinda for good.
