    Videos on finding myself and making sense of this experience called "life" - Who am I really? What is my true nature?
    Here on this RUclips channel, you’ll find stories of healing, inner workings, perceptions, beliefs, raw emotions, healing, managing health conditions (Meniere’s disease, complex PTSD, ADD etc).
    If you enjoy teachings by Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Mooji, Adyashanti, Angelo Dilullo then perhaps what I speak to in my new videos will resonate with you deeply. If your cptsd is flared up, or you have only just been diagnosed with cptsd, then perhaps my older videos will be more resourceful and relatable to you.

    I freaked when I saw you out in nature! I haven't liked the bush since a small child. My head and surroundings would swim around and I would feel like I was unable to see or breathe. And that like I was going crazy!
    I'm so glad that you are healing. ❤️ I don't intend to be like this forever. I am in the process of healing too.
    Thank you for your video. 💜

    The best part of nature, being one with it. Lovely video. And yes recovery from CPTSD is possible.

    And I totally agree with what you said about how the medical view can be fatalistic, when in reality immense healing is possible - I experienced it myself! Fortunately, I had a great therapist who was trained in EMDR and was just wonderful all around in helping me reprogram by body and mind.
    The research findings are often just based on past statistics, I.e., how other people fared - but well, maybe they all fared poorly because they believed they couldn’t heal! You could change that statistic!

      yep! its' like they exclude or forget about the people who managed to heal or forget to mention that
      or I wonder if people who do heal seek help in private sector rather than public. that could make a big difference

    Thank you ❤ I relate to that part where you talked about not feeling safe walking in nature. That’s why my dog was such a gift and a blessing to me, because I would go out in nature with her and her company helped me feel safe. And helped me enjoy the wonderful benefits of nature. I was never really conscious of that. Now that she’s passed away (exactly a month ago), I realise what an impact she had on my lifestyle. I don’t feel safe exploring nature like I used to. I loved those remote parts of nature where it was just me and her, and no one else.
    That said, I’m still able to feel safe being alone in *certain* kinds of nature! It has to be a very peaceful and soothing and non-threatening kind of place.

    Nice walk. Caught sound of airplane. Curiously a “loneliness” trigger for me since childhood, but improving.

      isn't it interesting how our nervous system wires feelings with sounds together, but once we become aware of it, it often looses some of its power or intensity

      @@TanjaWindegger Yes, noticed that since I became aware of CPTSD and my healing path.

    Do you have any videos about medical PTSD? Meaning, people who need constant medical treatment/hospital visits/nursing care etc. There can be a lot of traumatic experiences with a chronic or terminal illness and not all medical staff are caring, some are abusive and you’re in a really vulnerable position when you are sick.

    • @TanjaWindegger
      @TanjaWindegger  7 месяцев назад +2

      I don't think I have a video specific on this. it's a complex situation isn't it. in a way being cared for and supported can feel nurturing and at the same time depending on or needing others can trigger ptsd or dysregulate the nervous system even with medical staff (people who are there to help others)
