      the "I don't deserve for anyone to help me" is just mind chatter, pulling you out of the body...
      notice those thoughts and decide, is it serving me to get all entangled in that "I am not worthy" story or am I done with that story?

    I have a question. Is exercising staying outside of your body? Does it depend on what exercises one does?

      You can do exercise with the consciousness being outside of your body (dissociated) - that's when you are most likely to insure yourself....
      and you can do exercise fully present and aware in your body
      you can explore both and see what it' slike
