How to know that you are healed from cptsd

  • I knew and felt healed when I reached this choice point I explained in the video. It wasn’t about understanding all different modalities and healing approaches from EMDR, schema, IFS, inner child therapy and understanding the nervous system and vagus nerve
Actually, learning about all this slowed down my healing as I put way too much time and energy into it - at least for a period of my healing journey. How about you?
    What makes you feel healed?
Do you need help with this?

Videos of my experience and insights learnt on this “pathless journey” on finding “myself” after trauma and making sense of this experience called "life" - Who am I really? What is my true nature? Who is seeking on this “journey”? What exactly am I trying to heal?
Here on this RUclips channel, you’ll find stories of healing, inner workings, perceptions, beliefs, raw emotions, healing, managing health conditions (Meniere’s disease, complex PTSD, ADD etc).
If you enjoy teachings by Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Mooji, Adyashanti, Angelo Dilullo then perhaps what I speak to in my new videos will resonate with you deeply.
If your cptsd is flared up, or you have only just been diagnosed with cptsd, then perhaps my older videos will be more resourceful and relatable to you.

    Thank you Tanja :-)
    This gives some hope
Dealing with the sorrow of never being able to get back to who you once were is a slow and painful process. As is the insight of this, in itself.
But being well enough to function, and realising there is a possibility of another life, which also can be good, is the path I'm trying to keep to.
    You are a great inspiration.
    Thanks for what you do.

beautiful 🌻and what if "another life" could be even better than what you had before?
(I could have never imagined that life could be as good as it is - it's magical for lack of better word)

Yes, that's a possibility. But I'm not quite there yet. I'm still in some kind of mourning of what was lost and haven't been able to fully accept the new limitations and the new reality. But I will get there. Your insights are inspirational 😊

@@patrickbjorck so happy that you recognise the mourning... so many people skip this or are unaware of it. making room for the grieving process is profound and necessary (or at least for me it was) 🥰 my heart goes out to you

I don't honestly expect to be completely healed..I will heal whatever I can and be the best person I can be nonetheless.

Please look into the stellate ganglion block. It was developed by a Ukrainian American Dr. to reset the nervous system. It blocks the fight flight mechanism and kills off sympathetic neurons in the brain. I participated in the study and can say it made a big difference.

Beautifull! I'm not there (yet), but I get it. What now clings the most is when you say 'my body', it sounds so friendly... Can I get there too?
Thank you Tanja, for who you are, and what you share. 🙏
