Videos of my experience and insights learnt on this “pathless journey” on finding “myself” after trauma and making sense of this experience called "life" - Who am I really? What is my true nature? Who is seeking on this “journey”? What exactly am I trying to heal?
Here on this RUclips channel, you’ll find stories of healing, inner workings, perceptions, beliefs, raw emotions, healing, managing health conditions (Meniere’s disease, complex PTSD, ADD etc).
If you enjoy teachings by Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Mooji, Adyashanti, Angelo Dilullo then perhaps what I speak to in my new videos will resonate with you deeply.
If your cptsd is flared up, or you have only just been diagnosed with cptsd, then perhaps my older videos will be more resourceful and relatable to you.

Yeah, there's no "direction" either, what to do, where I'm going? Or the direction I'm taking is always wrong.
    It feels meaningless too.
IFS (internal family system) is really helping me, identifying parts of me is like finally finding the light at the end of the tunnel, I felt compassion for myself for the first time. Instead of hating my emotions, I'm even trying to co-exist with them.

Very interesting to hear that we need to make a positive choice over and over again to get out of the House of Horror. I actually suffered for very many years, having a very frightening nightmare about being stuck and lost in a house that had aspects that were familiar to me. I'm really grateful not to have that anymore. Such a relief when it stopped. I'm a very visual learner, and so your metaphors always resonate with me and help me view difficulties that come up in a new way. Thank you. Take care 🌼

Thank you for sharing 🌼 yes these "themes" show up in different way at different times for us... ever evoluving 🙃. another very common one is the house of DOUBT! how often do we doubt our intuitve or gut feeling about something ?! this also is a like a ride that we can chose to get off every time we become aware of it

@TanjaWindegger oh yes! The House of Doubt is always a worrying ride to be on! I'm currently in the House of Indecision but hoping to find the right key to get out soon! 🌼

Tanja, your thoughts today are timely. I’m a little stuck at this time. Some illness is contributing but it’s old thoughts and memories too Thank you

the thoughts we are having around our illness and what we make our illness mean... certainly can be big contributors...
my heart goes out to you

Is it just me or does anyone else hate exercise because the physical feelings you get from doing it remind them of fear and anxiety?

I'lllllll....take that as a no then

of course it does. it's the same with cold showers - the sensations mimic anxiety and panicky sensations (e.g. increased heart rate)
I see this as an opportunity to teach my nervous system, mind and body that it is safe for me to have those sensations. remind myself that I am not in any immediate danger right now...
almost like learning to get comfortable with those sensations. I did a video on this but used the example of cold showers rather than exercise - but it's the same thing
