@GreatLakesRC Hey Aaron, that's where I was too before running. One pack in and I think my view has not changed. These trucks are soo close but the 6S has it in the durability department.

@DOFIXERR The ease of driving is what I like about the Mojave. I don't own the BR 2.0 but it looks like a cool truck, just feels like they push the scale angle more than the functionality on this version compared to the previous versions.
I own a 6s v2 Mohave and would consider getting this one because it seems like it would weigh a lot less than the 6s and less weight means breaking way less parts than my 6s breaks hopefully, also doesn’t seem that much smaller than the 6s so would hopefully be able to drive thru similar stuff

Well I had to get. :). I have three fun projects coming for the winter. The Mojave 4s isn't really a project though. I think I will enjoy it pretty much right out of the box. @@ReadySetRC
Absolutely size matters. I would still take the 6s over the 4s. The 4s chassis can get damaged easily by rocks and debris. Chunks break off it, so you have to be careful where you run it. The 6s just gets scratches and can power through some nasty terrain. Thanks for the comparison. And if you already have the 6s Mojave, there's no need for this 4s in your collection. And if I didn't have either, the 6s would still get my vote 👍😊
I have both and all I gotta say is they both have indefinite pros and cons. The 4S handles a lot nicer in turns, jumps nicer, and is quicker (out of the box), but the plastic doesn't seem to last very long. The 6S is much more planted in a straight line and has the brute force to get over most obstacles, at least on my terrain. However the metal parts like driveshafts, axles, and chassis are definitely ideal for longevity. I love them both. I can't really pick a favorite. But the 6S so far has had less issues in the same amount of time (Most of my driving is full throttle and on sand/powdery dirt) than the 4S. Plastic stuff just doesn't seem to last long in my environment.
I have both also along with a 4s Senton and when I’m out running them the 6s feels to clunky and the Senton feels to small and the 4s Mojave is a nice in between. I bash them hard very hard and the Senton can take the most abuse. In my opinion and from my experience love what you have and take care of them and all three have there good and bad. If you’re on a budget and you’re new to the hobby get a 3s Senton you won’t go wrong and if you can afford it get the Mojave 4s and once you have some experience not only driving but wrenching also get the big boy
The 4s body gets stuck. Even after you hone out the holes it still gets stuck. Major design flaw by arma. Rather then have the holes open on the bottom they should have left the bottom of the chassis closed and shortened the post just a bit.
@davidgoodrich1258 Can't say I experienced that issue. I've seen the videos to the people that it's happened to and we don't have that kind of dirt here in the northeast.
@@ReadySetRC I just got mine a week ago and definitely experienced it. I even drilled the holes out before I used it and it still gets stuck. Lucky you haven’t experienced it. Aside from that I love it.
I think ur missing the point. Its great we have a choice now and to be honest this chassis is superior to 3s line. Every thing looks beffier arms, hubs, and ofcourse center diff is a plus and must have on 4s car. Drive train is very reliable on 3s line up, on 4s its much better so i donyt see much issues with it. this has alot of shock travel also so i think its worth the namer
I would get the Mojave 6S 1/7 scale because it is essentially based on a traditional, beefy 1/8 platform. The Mojave 4S 1/8 scale is based on a 1/10 platform. I just think an 1/8 platform upscales to 1/7 better than a 1/10 platform upscales to 1/8. If that makes any sense.

@joseCalderon1976 I'm glad you enjoyed the video👍 Yeah that 6s is hard to pass up.
@@davidgoodrich1258 Did you try Earl Moreheads fix? I like his approach. For once I'm glad we got cement like dirt😊
@@ReadySetRC I did not. I’ve only seen a few of his vids on it and “the fix” wasn’t one of them. I’ll look for it
I would buy the 6s mojave i have many 3s lipos that can run with 2 3s the 4s i need to buy new lipo's
@marcokosman3414 Can always run it on 3S and gear up.
I think it's disrespectful to put the name of this Mojave car, it looks more like a Senton. They should release a mojave 8s, not a Mojave 4s.
@fillype91 I feel you, a 5th scale Mojave would be dope.
@barbedwirerat661 I like your vision not sure I would look at it that way but I get what you are say😊
