I discovered you about a year ago and just in time, I’m 53 years old and was getting ready for a double bilateral mastectomy and so I was trying to get ready for the surgery with strength training and I found you, I worked out with you 4 times a week for about 4 months, February I had my surgery along with reconstructive surgery using fat from my tummy, it’s been 6 months and I’ve been slowly doing your workouts for the past two weeks. Today I completed this one with 4 and 6 kilo kettle bells, I am sweating and huffing and puffing but I’m so happy I was able to do the whole workout 👏🏻👏🏻 thank you again dear

For the price point these are a very well made kettlebell. No imperfections and feels great in the hand.
Great workout. I use lighter kettlebells but use this as a primer or comedown from long distance runs. It has really helped my performance. Thankyou ❤

Love the workout. What is the reasoning for super sets? Is the kettlebell swing considered cardio? Just trying to learn.
To increase intensity of the workout, yes add in a bit of cardio and strength mix

This was awesome! I don't know if I'll be able to get up from my chair tomorrow though 😂. I love kettlebell swings but sometimes my back hurts. Do you think it is because I am not holding in my core correctly?

I can’t give you an exact answer because I’m not sure on your form. But sometimes when your core is fatigued your lower back can over compensate. If I have done too many KB swings, I have had back ache before because of too much volume/load xxx

Do you have a HR monitor? If yes you can calculate it using that, with other details about yourself such as height, weight 😀
Hii Roxanne I started ur kettle bell videos a few weeks ago and I enjoy them. I like how u switch up the moves and have new ones all the time. I do work up a sweat and some days 20 mins has me winded… I’m not seeing results though I feel a bit stronger but my stomach area and love handles chest and back aren’t shrinking. Should I be seeing results if not by how many weeks shud I feel a change in my clothes? What do you suggest? my diet is pretty balanced and healthy. Could you also do more kettle bell fat burning workouts for the chest back love handle regions pls? Trying to stay motivated but not seeing results smh

What weight kettlebell should I use or buy ? I'm a complete newbie x
Hey, Thanks for reaching out! ☺ I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs to start. It also depends on how strong you are to start, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. The weight I am using is in the preview for reference, Let me know how you go. ENJOY ☺
