    Super setting for the ultimate upper body workout! I recommend repeating this workout again for a longer workout to see optimal results. You want to train your upper body minimum 2 x a week to see changes. Have a wonderful workout everyone!🙃XX

    Great upload. Was tired and didn't want to do anything but though I can manage a little workout before Xbox time. Now I can play Skyrim guilt free!

    Couldn’t go the side plank thingy moves but the rest was ace! ❤thank you. What weights are you using? I’m a newbie at this so I’m using 3kg with 1.5kg wrist weights attached. (That’s all I’ve got! 🤣).

      Glad you liked it! Well done 💪🏼 I am using a 10kgs kettlebell, 4.5kgs is great lovely! Pick up the pace of the exercises if you need to increase intensity.

    May I ask though, is it good to workout my upper body on Mon-Wed-Fri then lower body on Tues-Thurs-Sat and Sunday is rest day?
