Yes definitely lovely, but if your finding the workout really easy then you might need to up the weight. Making sure you form is correct, then you can go to 6 or 8 kgs 🤩
If you have 30 minutes I would suggest this duration. You can do 2 x 15 min videos, this one and another. However if you only have 15 minutes then do what you can lovely ☺️
