    I am 40 and this is the first workout I can enjoy doing 3 to 4 times a week and stick with it. Been doing level 2 for almost a year and loving it. Thanks Jane!

    I'm still doing Zumba at the age of 74. I had no problem hanging in for this workout but it was more intense than I was expecting. That's great!

    I am 29 and can’t finish this workout! I was bedridden for several years and lost a LOT of muscle. Now I’m alive, and determined to win my strength back!

      Don't lose hope and give up on yourself... Jane Fonda's videos revived me after two knew replacements. It took over about a year yet, I lost the inches and pounds I was blessed to set as a goal. Then last year, I contracted walking pneumonia, and was in a car accident, went through 4-month physical therapy, and now I'm able to do this workout again, 3x's week. The stretching cool down at the end at whatever point you stop is the most important to learn to let your muscles relax/breathe. This is the major "Key."... Peace, hope, and blessings on your journey...

    This is a great workout. I do not do it as often as I should, but it really does make you feel so much better. Love Jane, always have, always will despite what some think. She is great and inspirational.

    I have done level 2!!!!!! The whole sessssiiiooonnn !!!! I am so proud of me!!! After that you feel that there is nothing you can not accomplish !!!!     I have been doing this EVERYDAY for at least six weeks now and my back pain is almost non-existent. I also do back strengthening exercises at least three times a week as well. I'm off of pain meds and take less acetaminophen. I lost a few more pounds and find that maintaining my weight is easy now. I will be 70 in two weeks.

    Keep coming back to this. Background music is soothing and the encouragement is gentle - no shouting. It’s great for those days when I don’t feel like exercising as it eases you in at the beginning and by the end you feel good.

    Love working out with Jane Fonda! Her videos are not hard to follow and not too fast. She maybe be much older now but she definitely look not her age. Thanks to years of staying fit and healthy.! You truly are an inspiration !

      It is still amazing. Thank you very much dear Jane! I started to follow you when I was 20. I received your huge book with a lot of beautiful photos from France (in Hungary it didn’t exist at that time) and I did everything as you had suggested. But after 5 years I started my family life and I forgot about your way. I swam a lot, I did yoga etc etc. Some weeks ago you came to my mind (your wonderful aerobic exercises too) and I became very excited when I realised that you have some videos here. This is the best for me, it helps to wake the fire up in me. Wonderful. I wish you all good health, strength, enthusiasm for life, harmony and a lot of happy moments.

    I began Jane’s workouts in 1984 and continued for years. My knees are not having that anymore. Lucky me, I find Jane again. These are perfect and I can do them everyday! She’s the best and such an inspiration!

    I am 77 years old. and needed something to make me use my heart muscles and burn some calories. Started Level 1 about 2 weeks ago and today switched to Level 2. Love the workout Fabulous.

    I am 50 years old was an avid jogger for years until I hurt my knee real bad I love this work out. I do it 3 days a week and my knee feels pretty good now.

    At 65 years young, I love this workout! I did the Level 1 for several months before I moved on to this one. I make sure to do it 3-4 times per week, it's amazing! Highly recommend.

    Oh Jane, you are so motivating, its like having a personal training in your own lounge. I started your exercise videos in the 80's and found this video by chance 6 months ago. Absolutely love it, no need to go to an exercise class after work because I feel this video is much more fun, beneficial and fits in with our busy lives these days. I'm 56, so glad I found this video on RUclips and so pleased your're still making these videos. You look amazing, the queen of fitness. Keep them coming please.

    I'm almost thirty and trying to get into shape yet again. Trying to make healthy movement a part of my life, swimming and Jane Fonda to the rescue! Most of the videos I have found on youtube are WAY too intense considering the shape I'm in, this was JUST right. Thanks a lot!

    Absolutely love this - and apart from walking, I hate exercise normally - mostly find it tedious. But Jane is such a pro - and is encouraging, without being patronising. In these times, I do my 8000 steps in the morning and try and do Jane at least 4 times a week, late afternoon. Invigorating and my aches and pains are definitely lessening with her important stretching after the routine. Wonderful. Thank you Jane!

    73 and FEELING fit and healthy. Started yesterday on level one, today level 2! Great workout! After losing 45 kg in the past two years, just in time before Covid-19 hit us. I now dare to follow miss Fonda’s workout at this stage in my life, something I wouldn’t have thought possible when I was younger. But as the saying goes: you’re never too old to learn! Thanks Jane, you are an amazing motivator for ‘girls’ of all ages!

    Just the perfect exercise for me !! I hate pounding the streets. I had to give it a break while I was getting used to my lymphatic drainage exercises over the past few months, but am back again. Cancer treatment nearly done, and despite Oncologist's scepticism, have kept up JF most of the 12 months of chemo, radiation and herceptin.

    This workout has been a lifesaver, after spraining both ankles 5 months ago, everything was so stiff that I could hardly move. This workout brought me back to life and I do it everyday now. Walking Cardio Workout made me realize that I was in such bad shape that I needed to turn my life around and start moving. Jane you are my hero!

    A mile in 18 minutes . Jane fonda can do a mile just like me can walk a mile in a minute and it takes a whole lot of time to get that good.

    I am 60 this year and absolutely loved her exercise book years and years ago. I was faithful working out with her and had the prettiest figure because of her! Imagine how happy I am finding these videos today. I am crying I am so happy. I have a lot of different videos of different instructors and NOT ONE inspires me more than she does.

    Hi Jane, you have been my exercise mentor since the early 80s when you produced the first ever aerobic workout, I still remember the moves and I can do them without watching the video. Now at 57 and with 18 years of polymyositis, I am doing your more advanced age walkout. I can say with confidence that your workouts have helped me emmensely with my condition.     Didn't think I would like this, but tried it anyway. Glad I did, its better than trying to work out with very young bodies when you are 61. Love it, will definitely keep looking for more of Fonda.

    I do Jane 3x a week at minimum and have such an admiration for her. She's helping us stay fit and healthy.....I consider that quite a gift. I don't like the intrusive ads......breaks my flow!!
