Back in the days, one handed shooting, teacup grip, wrist brace, or any grip technique similar to what we use nowadays were acceptable. The only thing unacceptable was low dominant hand grip.
I really like this pistol I’m even ok with the low cap magazine, but no optics cut in 2024 on a carry piece? Da/Sa Walthers are a great thing but not having an optic is a deal killer
First let me say I really dig my 4”PDP compact! It’s the very first pistol and gun I ever bought (heard about it by your advertising on Louder With Crowder) My question is, is the magazine supposed to be a little tougher to insert when fully loaded opposed to when it’s empty? Thx for any help.
Yes a fully loaded magazine will invaribly be tougher to insert by virtue of the protruding top round contacting the bottom of the slide. It usually will improve with use as the parts wear in together.
The PDP F Series brought me here, love my Walther
Me too! I have the 3.5".

I wanted this PD380 so bad but couldn't pass up a silly deal from Global Ordnance on a Grand Power P380($271) .... 15rd capacity
Ruger Security has 15+1 capacity. That was my deciding factor.
It would make more sense if Walther reintroduces the Walther P.38, P5, and the P88.
