This workout is awesome for anyone, but specially designed with those of you with prolapse and diastasis recti in mind. 💖 Tone your arms, lose belly fat and arm fat, and strengthen your legs and hips with this one, fun workout. Do it 3-4 times/week for great results... and remember to initiate the moves from your POWERHOUSE (your core)!

    I love your energy and workouts. I do not have prolaspe or other issues but still love your work outs. I really like that you use yoga in some of the classes. Keep them coming. They are short enough to have time to do, but long enough to feel them working.
