    For my pregnant friends, this routine is done 100% in side lying -- nothing on your back or belly! It's also perfect for anyone who wants hip sculpting and a good burn. Enjoy it!!!

    You’re my hero!! I didn’t realize I needed to work on my pelvic floor till I came across your channel. I have pretty severe back tension to the point it gives me headaches and affects my breathing. I do a lot of yoga but it hasn’t really made a lasting difference.. I was starting to feel hopeless about ever feeling better. I don’t have to feel that way anymore thanks to you 🙏🏼

    You are on FIRE with these prolapse friendly exercises!! Yet again, exactly what I needed! Challenging and works exactly on what my intuition was telling me where things are going awry in my body. No one can come close to your knowledge and intuitiveness. Going for the Lift program. Thanks!

    This was great! I started out thinking, "This is easy. I can totally add the ankle weights." But I decided to try it once all the way through without. By the 2nd exercise, I was already glad I had opted to try it without weights!

    This was amazing and so challenging I did this and the next stretches for a pelvic floor where you’re wearing the cute blue one strap top. I’m so grateful for you and I’m so proud of myself for keeping on moving even when I’m in some fear, pain or having other symptoms. I am getting stronger and I am shining brighter thank you so much!     It's like you were reading my mind! I needed something for my hips as I was injured at the end of 2019 and I feel my hips are out and I think this could be related to my pelvic floor dysfunction that I am currently going through.     Absolutely perfect! I was wondering if leg lifts were PoP safe. I used to do them a lot and feel like my body needs it. Thanks for recommending it in another videos comments!
    Also thanks for the reminder on keeping the hips aligned, and not twisting back. So many exercise videos watch don’t mention alignment, but you do. Thanks again.

    Dear Dr bri. I want to start doing intervals and still keep my pelvic floor safe. What options do I have? Running or jumping is not good. What else can I do?

      So happy to have you in Lift! My exercise routines are prolapse safe unless I say otherwise. This one is great for women that have prolapse because there is less downward pressure than a stand up routine. Thank you for asking!
