This was great! I started out thinking, "This is easy. I can totally add the ankle weights." But I decided to try it once all the way through without. By the 2nd exercise, I was already glad I had opted to try it without weights!
This was amazing and so challenging I did this and the next stretches for a pelvic floor where you’re wearing the cute blue one strap top. I’m so grateful for you and I’m so proud of myself for keeping on moving even when I’m in some fear, pain or having other symptoms. I am getting stronger and I am shining brighter thank you so much!
