Perfectly explained... got answers on 3 problems I couldn't solve by user manual. Good job 👏
An excellent demonstration of the tool. Really useful for a DIY beginner to help understand the variables of air/paint/nozzle. I'm looking forward to using this sprayer to refinish my kitchen cupboard doors and repainting all the skirtings and door frames. After that... who knows? Thanks for a great video :)
Hi Phil, thank you for the message it’s really appreciated and glad it’s helped you out 👌
Really useful video!
Nice demo. Would you say the performance with waterbased trim paints is comparable to the graco 9.5 ?
Hi great video
What paint were you using and what % did you thin it down to get it through thw gun?
Great video, thanks. I have a Flexio 690 and find that the needle jet blocks all the time when the trigger is released, due to the heat of the turbine air passing through the pistol/twist unit. I have to make sure I have a damp cloth with me to keep cleaning the needle jet.
Does the XVLP 5000 suffer from the same problem ?
I’m thinking of getting one of these for mdf wardrobes and detailed woodworks jobs. Am I right in saying this is much better for fine finishing coats on intricate jobs and insides of cupboards/ draws
Is it possible to use 2 pack paint and etch primer with that setup on the fine spray
what paint are you spraying through the fine spray attachment?
What types of paint can be used through the system?
Will the fine finish head fit on a flexio turbine
Would u recommend this machine or the qtech q3 . Mainly be using it for only timber work and doing doors . Thanks love your content
Ho un problema con la standard, mi esce a singhiozzo. Pistola pulita, tubicino che pesca aria ok, tutto ok! Mi rimane solo il dubbio che la pittura che utilizzo, non va bene con la standard
Although this looks much more practical then the entire ritual of cleaning and masking etc required for airless, but I do question the fact of having an entire bucket of paint hanging below your hand. Looks perfect if you just have to spray directly in front of you, but what if you are spaying cabinets laying down? Or insides of cabinets wich will requiring tilting the gun considerably in all angles? I guess it's gonna fail to deliver paint since the paint is moving in the container to point where it fails to suck up the paint?
You don't have an "entire bucket" - you only have 1 litre (which is 1kg). The hose inside the container is rigid and can be directed either forwards or backwards depending on if you want to spray up (ceilings) or down (cabinets and doors etc). I've sprayed about 10 full size doors with this and didn't have any issues.
How do you paint a ceiling if you can't angle the gun beyond 45°?
You don't use it for ceiling.
Don’t know if this is a stupid question but can you paint a ceiling with it if you can’t tilt the gun? Bit of a deal breaker for me if you can’t! 😢
i would suggest a airless i think this machine is more for wood work
Where can I find this unit in the United states??
Somebody told me about this thing called 'Google' the other day. Apparently, you type in what you're looking for and where you're looking to find it and it brings up a list of suppliers and prices. I said "get out of here, I don't believe it" . What kind of witchcraft is that?
You'll be looking for the same product rebranded as the Titan flexspray in the US of A. Don't ask why, that's just the way it is. And your version is in red not yellow. Same product.
Google😂
