I'm still shocked Japan, or literally, anyone hasn't made a Black Lagoon GTA-style game set in Roanapur city. Hell, Black Lagoon barely has any games, to begin with. And IDK why "Anime" GTA would sell off the shelves so quickly. The story is practically hand-tailored for that kind of game. The setting/atmosphere is screaming for it. It would fit so well; it would be the easiest puzzle to assemble for a GTA-type game. Just watch the show and be like "Oh yeah, this goes here... That goes there... Done!" It's straight-up just watch the show, and then put the pieces in the right place. Then boom! You've got a best-selling Anime game no time flat. I know for one thing, I would kill just to preorder it that's for sure lol jk
If it ain't Yakuza, Samurai, or Highschool, Japan ain't messing it. But if Rockstar or Naughty Dog made the game, it would be cold.

Really feels like this could be a three-parter considering how the ladies of the show are some of the most dangerous characters in the series. Really hope Balalaika also gets her moment to shine considering how god damn dangerous she is. Yeah, we saw Revy in action and we'll be seeing why there is discrimination against Maids in the next episode, but we are talking about a woman who had zero chill in not only putting a revenge hit out on two children but enjoying a front-row seat (unarmed) in watching one of them bleed out in front of her while enjoying a cigarette. Mind you they were serial killing children (and it is quite unfortunate what happened that brought them to being murderers), but the moral of the story is simple: If you even attempt to get on Balalaika's bad side, you better start making her laugh or she won't hesitate to kill you or have her boys do it for her.

Black Lagoon is def one of the GOATS of anime and manga. Revy, Roberta, and especially Balalaika definitely exude, lives, and BREATHE Black Air Force Energy, but they're not the only ones. You might want to save a few extra chairs for the roundtable, CJ.

I watched Black Lagoon awhile back. It's one of the sickest, cleanest anime I've ever seen. Amazing dub too. You'd think CJdachamp was quoting the actual lines in the show, because I'm almost positive Revy calls Rock a bitch ass at some point. They really are in the hood, dialect and all.
Its crazy how Revy caught 128 bodies throughout the whole show.
This is what got me to watch it and I don't regret it. First episode pulled me in and did not let me go until it was done.

Shows that Revy is mom material and good with kids deep down. undeniable,she is a badass tough chick and got caught lacking and embarrassed herself in front of rock while she was showing them how someone really drops dead which is why she threw the kids toy gun to save face,but she does have a heart which I love❤. it's little scenes like that in between action during downtime that I love in this show. and of course,the action as you can see is top notch. Give it a watch,it's good.

My favorite moment of this show was when Rock showed Revy exactly what precious minerals make up his balls when, after the Submarine incident, he gets fed up with her shit and reads her for filth. Straight up makes this Bossest of Ass Bitches have a mini breakdown as he verbally nails her to the wall and then redirects her gun when she tries to shoot him, effectively telling her "Your gun cannot save you from me."
You better believe I get fucking HOOKED on their relationship after that moment. One of the most fascinating man/woman dynamics in anime ngl

There's definitely a few fine candidates here. Roberta, Belalaika(apologies for butchering the name), Genji, hell even Rock's got his moments at times.
