Question: Why Does Orbi Router Keeps Disconnecting?

- I got an Orbi Router from Costco recently but it keeps disconnecting. I'm posting this video to get feedback.
Does anyone know why it keeps disconnecting?
A few theories:
1. One of the devices in our house got a lot of blocked URLs, causing a Spam notification.
2. The connector that the city provided isn't working.
3. The router itself isn't working correctly and needs to be returned/replaced.

I’ve read that Orbi are sensitive to power fluctuations and short glitches. Buying a cheap UPS to plug your modem, Orbi and switch may help a lot.
It’s been a bit, but I think that’s what we ended up doing. Buying a new usb connector

I had the same problem and ended up returning mine to Costco on an exchange. Not sure what was wrong with it. I also discovered that using a CAD6 cable was ideal instead of a CAD5e cable, which the city had provided. Thanks for the question.

Yes. It seemed to be the cable. Using the CAD6 cable fixed the problem.
How long did you have it before returning to Costco?
I have same problems. Not a real tech guy but it’s annoying. Wasn’t cheap but when it’s working I love it. Can’t imagine it’s normal to reset this thing all the time. What does this wire take place of? Ethernet cable?
I've had my mesh system a couple years - just recently realized the yellow ethernet port was not working - I messed with the pins & ruined that - ordered just the router part (no satellites) for $70 on Ebay & my plan is to integrate this component with the satellites for continued service. Wondering about the password difference - any nerd help appreciated. It should arrive in a few days.
