Hello! I have 1 Orbi router (RBR40) and 2 Satellites RBS 40. The first satellite that is on the same floor as the router is always okay, but the satellite that is on the upper part of the mezzanine is connected but in the app it shows a yellow signal, while the RBR40 and RBS40 is always green as they are at the same floor. What does the yellow signal on the second satellite on the mezzanine mean? This is what i see on the orbi app, not on the devices. On the devices the lights are off, as they look to be working properly.
Have any solution for those with the RBRE960 wifi 6E? My satellites simply won't work. They connect to my router somehow but only connect as dead devices, router can't identify them as satellies and if I use an ethernet cable, it is listed as connected devices but offline.
@@v2thatreedo a wired backhaul. Connect the router to the satellite with an Ethernet cable in the 2.5 port. This will trigger the backhaul connection. Give it a few minutes then login to your router or the app and under connections you should see the satellite connected. Unplug the Ethernet cable, it will disconnect then after a few minutes reload the page or app and it will show connected again via WiFi.
