Great video, thanks. Been looking at that Topdon TopScan tool, looks great. Trying to decide if I need the Pro version or if the Lite is enough. Don't know if you had similar experience but I have had some issues with some BMW's after bleeding the brakes and replacing break fluid, that soon after the breaks starts pulsating. After some investigating I understand that it is recommended to use DOT 4 LV break fluid, not the regular DOT 4 (even though the cap just says DOT 4). After replacing with correct type they worked much better again, and it actually has made a difference for the break fell as well. Keep up the good work. 👍
@@lasseblomqvist9378 this one does a lot more than I expected it to tbh, as far as the fluid,.. if I get any issues I’ll report back! I often upgrade DOT4 to DOT5.1, but didn’t this time
@@matthewadams4897 I did try them in my C1 once, but they were already second hand and had done a lot of miles. They do deffo last longer than standard one, but I don’t mind changing them once a year
Yes, as long as the car has that function. I’m finding it to be a very capable diagnostic. I’ve actually recently upgraded mine to the pro version, but I’ve not tested it as pro version yet. I used it a lot of times before upgrading it and even the basic version as shown in this video is surprisingly capable though.
Did you try filling the reservoir and putting the cap back on before trying the pressure bleader? Obviously the pump will try and push the fluid to the place of least resistance.

Would love to see you install starlights into the c1 ! I’ve never seen it done before in the beast 😮
I think someone on the group has done it. I may do it one day but will see
Great video, thanks.

Have you tested out the Denso Iridium TT spark plugs on bug? Apparently last much longer and so much better than the rest.

a translation option would be nice to go with the video

I’m getting disc and pads replaced all round on my Vauxhall Grandland X, would you ask the mechanic to replace the brake fluid at the same time
@@priteshchampaneri5101 depends how long it’s not been done for. You could ask, but it’s not part of the same job so will obviously cost extra
