  • Hi friends~ this is my first meditation video on this channel! I'm excited to start uploading more meditation videos along with yoga flows.
    Body scanning is a simple type of meditation that allows you to reground, recenter and release tension you might not even realize you're experiencing. It is designed to help you develop a mindful awareness of your bodily sensations by focusing your attention on different parts of your body, from the head to the toe.
    Practice this meditation anytime you feel stress or several times throughout the day as a regular practice.

    Thank you very much for this meditation. Since I discovered it, I listen to it several times a week. I have tried other meditations, but this is my favorite. The harmonious combination of voice, background music, words and time fills me with energy, calm and gratitude. After the 10 minutes of meditation, I feel as if I slept for at least an hour. Thank you Jessica from the bottom of my heart for this! 🙏😍💝❤️✨

    Dr. Wendy Suzuki’s recent research suggests that a 10 min daily body scan meditation practice is enough to reap the benefits that meditation offers. Of all the ones I’ve been searching on RUclips today, yours stands out above them all. Thank you for this 💫🙏🏽

    I am new to meditation and find it difficult to clear my mind. This meditation practice was so calming. Yes, my mind wondered (as usual), but not as much. This was the first time I made it past 5 minutes. Thank you so much Jessica. I will using this video in my meditation routine.

      i like to think that meditation is not about not thinking but about observing the thoughts and letting them be without digging into them and without judging them. the brain is weird and thoughts will always come unfortunately :-)

    I chose this meditation practice yesterday evening because I was feeling very sick. This short meditation was absolutely perfect, I calmed down and released my emotions. Thank you.

    I like to start my day with one of your morning flows, and today i followed up with this meditation.
    I want to point out one thing that I absolutely loved... You end the meditation in a manner that allows people to continue their practice without all the self promoting and click this...

    wow, loved the simplicity (and short time frame) of this. made it feel a whole lot less intimidating. really nice way to slowly start introducing meditation to my routine again. I really hope this becomes regular on your channel!

    I don't know why but at the end of every practice my eyes are filled with tears...can anyone explain it?!

      Datevdm it’s normal to have different emotions come up during or after a meditation. Watery eyes or crying is simply an outlet of buried emotions- an emotional cleanse. Try not to get too attached to these feelings and just allow yourself to experience whatever comes up. 🙏
