    Description: This 10 minute guided meditation technique is a great way to stop and reconnect with what is going on with you in a non-judgemental way. We will practice shifting attention to different parts of the body.

    I had some tension on my right leg and I literally felt the moment I was able to finally relax that part of my body!

    Wow! I couldn’t believe this meditation was actually putting me to sleep! I kept nodding off during the video LOL! I love it! It’s very relaxing and it really helped me stay present.

    The noise removal on the voice track makes a staticky cutting sound every time the voice stops. With headphones, this was very distracting. I loved the meditation, but in future recordings, don't do this noise removal. Just leave it there and it will blend in.
