Your vocal dynamics, articulation, and pacing are extremely effective for this type of narration; thank you for a perfect (and perfectly concise) meditative experience! Interestingly, I also think what made this so effective for me was the lack of music/sound effects... I'm a musician and i ALWAYS have music or white noise going when i meditate/fall asleep, but when they have their own music it often clashes or is distracting.
But today i had no music playing and i put this on and within 45 seconds I'd slipped into the meditative state effortlessly, with no 'cosmic sound effects' or anything. I feel like yours is the first one in years i've heard without the competition of noise behind it.
5yrs later so glad I came upon this channel! Thank you ✨

Honestly, I'm super fussy when it comes to meditation teachers voices and practices.
I'm extra fussy because I was a mindfulness and meditation teacher myself for a few years.. *and* also now I'm a Christian. AND I LOVE this meditation. Which is saying alot, not just because of my fussiness but also because it can be difficult to do a full body scan in such a short space of time and it still be useful and/or, relaxing and beneficial.

Falling asleep during meditation is very common. It's also a possible sign that you may not be getting enough sleep :)

I hate tryna do these ! I have such bad anxiety I can never let go !!! My mind starts wondering and I completely forget the purpose of what I’m doing 😫😫 then I feel like I can’t breathe from anxiety so tryna take the deep breaths scare me more . HELP
Use a different one such as Loving Kindness practice or Hand Breathing
Your body is probably good enough but of course get it more fit if you can improve your health
I am not able to relax. How do you relax ? I feel even more anxious and tension in my body. What am i doing wrong?
Could be a few things. First thing that comes to mind is are you taking any stimulants? Caffeine, medications, etc? If yes, try limiting or cutting out at the very least all caffeine for a week and see how you feel. For me this eliminated most of my anxiety.
Otherwise, it could be that you have built up tension and anxiety in your body over time and by doing this exercise you are releasing it which is causing you to feel more anxious. It’s actually a good thing and I would suggest continuing to work with relaxation meditations as it will help reset your body from a regular state of fight or flight/ anxiety.
You have the key and the ability, so just keep practicing and working on it. Hope this helps.

Its ok, acknowledge your thoughts have strayed and then regain focus back again on the mindfulness..it takes practice...keep it up...and goodluck!
It is perfectly normal, when you realise that your mind has wandered off . . simply choose to return to the body. Being able to detect the mind wandering is a good thing! You are making progress.

Sorry but I think this missed the point of a body scan, which isn't to achieve any physical or mental state, or even to relax, but to pay attention to each part of the body in turn. So the emphasis on relaxing didn't do it for me.
